Operations Management System BÜS for ASFINAG (A)

The core tasks of the delivered system is the monitoring of the operation state of all devices and equipment of the traffic telematics infrastructure operated by ASFINAG and to support the entire maintenance process for the austrian highways.

The compliance of the executed services according to the Service Level Agreements of third-party service suppliers is observed.

 

 

 

 

 

The main delivered components are:

  • Process Controlling: Operation states and faults of all connected devices (roads-side equipment, ITinfrastructure, communication networks, etc.) are acquired and displayed in several views.
  • Process Management: The execution of fault clearance processes and the scheduling and execution of planned pro-active maintenance work is supported and documented.
  • Contract Management: All attributes of Service Level Agreements with third-party service suppliers relevant to the execution of maintenance work is managed on device level.

In follow-up projects the system was extended for the support of internal maintenance processes operated by internal service suppliers and the registration of work order-related working hours.

Offline operation of the BÜS on mobile devices has been introduced in 2015.
